Our highly anticipated and well-attended annual Housing Forecast has a fresh format and new content meant to engage our attendees. We are focused on providing practical insight and ideas into how both national and local trends impact the housing construction and sales industry locally.

The program will include a presentation and forecast from NAHB’s senior economist, Robert Dietz, covering both national and state data, trends, and forecasting. His presentation will cover single-family, multi-family and remodeling.

Following his presentation, join us for a panel discussion featuring local industry leaders in residential development, construction, real estate, and finance.

We’ll also recognize this year’s HBA Lifetime Achievement Award recipients, honoring Tim Breedlove of Renaissance Homes and Gordon Root of Stafford Land Company for their contributions to the industry.
